Shipments and returns

Here at Soft Touch Needlecrafts we aim to give 100% satisfaction. We will endeavour to send out all goods on the next working day, providing the goods are in stock. If an item is out of stock at the time of order in most cases we can still process an order within 7 - 10 days.

We will of course acknowledge your order and inform you of delivery. Any items in stock will be sent immediately with the remains to follow. If you do not wish to wait for an item you may of course cancel but we do ask that you inform us ASAP please.


Postage and packaging will be charged at £4.00 regardless of the amount spent or the size of the parcel, but is applicable to all purchases.


We aim to supply the goods you require where and when you require them. Therefore we ask that if you are unsure of an item please contact us for details before ordering it and help us to keep our returns to a minimum.

If it is necessary to return goods we ask you to notify us of the returns within 48hrs. upon receipt of the goods in their original condition we will provided a full refund and any postage costs incurred in the case of retuning faulty goods or goods sent out incorrectly (well we’re not all perfect). This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


All prices include VAT. All prices are correct when submitted to the web-site, but may of course be change on the site when necessary. You can be assured that we will always offer you our best price.


All images show a true guide to a product, but there may be some variation in colour representation.

All goods will remain the property of Soft Touch Needlecraft until payment is received.


Any personal information supply to us will be kept in the strictest confidence and will not be passed on to any third party.
